The Idaho Solid Waste Association was founded on the idea of helping Idaho's solid waste industry stay ahead of the curve in every aspect of the fast paced industry.




The Idaho Rural Water Association's mission is to provide technical assistance, training and a strong representative voice for the benefit of Idaho's water and wastewater systems.




Boise State

College of Health Science - Environmental and Occupational Health Program - The Bachelor of Science in Public Health Environmental and Occupational Health Emphasis area is accredited by the National Environmental Health Science and Protection Accreditation Council. The program offers a comprehensive academic education preparing students for employment in the dynamic fields of environmental protection, occupational hygiene and public health. The mission of Boise State University’s undergraduate Environmental and Occupational Health Emphasis area is to provide students with a quality academic experience enabling them to think critically and apply scientific principles to preserve the global environment in which all humans work, live, and play.





The National Environmental Health Association's mission is to advance the environmental health and protection professional for the purpose of providing a healthful environment for all. Sponsors an Annual Education Conference and Exhibition. 



The International Association for Food Protection is an organization of 3,400 food safety professionals committed to Advancing Food Safety Worldwide® by providing members worldwide with a forum to exchange information on protecting the global food supply.
